Travis Marker has a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from Bond University in Australia, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law, a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Willamette University Center for Dispute Resolution and other certificates and credentials in dispute resolution, mediation, negotiation, and dispute systems.

He has actively served as a pro-tem judge in small claims cases since 2012 hearing matters up to $11,000. This has provided him valuable experience deciding cases, hearing evidence, reviewing contracts and providing the parties with effective remedies, decisions, and orders.

He believes in the dispute resolution process. He has mediated business, real estate, landlord tenant, and other commercial matters. He knows that the parties want to get back to business and to not engage in costly litigation and court process.

Travis Marker has also worked with companies on human resource and customer service systems to help resolve disputes with employees and customers.
